Deadlines for Applying

  

Degrees and Certificates are conferred three times a year by Central Texas College, in December, May, and August.   For all students, requests for degrees and certificates from all locations and the fees required must reach the Graduation Specialist at CTC-PFEC Headquarters at Camp Market, Korea, by:

    

  • October 1 for a Degree or Certificate conferred in December.
  • February 1 for a Degree or Certificate conferred in May.
  • June 10 for a Degree or Certificate conferred in August.

  

Requirements for Applying

     

  • All course requirements must be completed prior to degree / certificate award.  Requests for a certificate or degree received from students who have not completed course requirements by the graduation date will neither graduate nor receive a refund of fees paid.

   

  • Continental & International students must file their Student Application for Degree / Certificate with the site representative at the site where they are currently attending classes or send their application form and fee by mail to:

     

                   C T C - PFEC - Camp Market

                   Attention:    Graduation Specialist

                   Unit #15559

                   APO AP   96283-5559.

   

  • The permanent address given on the application must be one through which mail will always reach you.

   

  • Payment must accompany the application.  If the application is filed by mail, payment must be by check or money order.   Cash cannot be accepted at any CTC-PFEC location!

   

    •    Associate Degree:  $25.00
    •    Certificate of Completion:  $25.00

      

  • An Student Application for Degree / Certificate may be picked up at your local CTC-PFEC site office or on-line by clicking here:  Student Application for Degree / Certificate This is an Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) document..  Disregard filing information on the Main Campus web site.  For additional information on filing procedures, contact your local site representative.
